Meet Our Pastor

Rev. Randy Lankford

Welcome to Union United Methodist Church! As the pastor of our church family, I’d like to invite you to join us anytime for worship or Bible study. I began as pastor here in May 2023 and I have been truly blessed and have felt loved from the first day I started. I’ve been married for 37 years to my beautiful wife Anna.  We have two beautiful daughters and two wonderful grandchildren. Adrienne, Dylan and Abner live in Sherrils Ford, NC.  Jessie, Tyler, and Amelia live in Clemmons,NC  I retired from my family's plumbing business in 2024.  This is my first appointment as a pastor and I am a Licensed Local Pastor within the United Methodist Church. Prior to my appointment I was involved in church leadership for over 25 years including Lay Leader for several years and having been a Certified Lay Speaker. Outside the local church I have been part of a Kairos Prison Ministry team since 2009. My hope for all our members and visitors is that each time we gather we grow closer to God and become more like Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. Peace and blessings – Pastor Randy
